Straylight Run's 2004 debut was finally released by Victory Records after a month long delay (format: CD). It then took more than 8 years for it to see its first vinyl pressing for RSD 2012!
As one of the most sought after 2012 Record Store Day releases, it was quite difficult to find the brown variant. 900 copies were distributed to various record stores with no label specifying color was on the sleeve. Most opened to find the yellow variant (600 pressed) and some were lucky enough to find the Brown Mix variant (300 pressed). Self Titled is packed with epic piano rock ballads and features guest vocalist Nate Ruess (singer from the band Fun., The Format).
